Design and Development
Azalea Apparel product development teams in both Europe, USA and Asia understand how to convert fashion trends into commercially desirable product. Markets shift rapidly, but our extensive sourcing network and innovative team ensure we have the right mix of directional pieces and fashion essentials. We can proactively tell you what you need to have in your range to enhance your current offer.
Merchandising
Our team of over 3 merchandisers in Bangladesh and the directing our supply base to accurately deliver product on time and to the required standard. A wealth of experience in production ensures that critical paths are closely monitored, maintained and solutions to any challenges are quickly identified and resolved. Each account has a team dedicated to it with a representative always available to provide real time updates or options on future developments. Calidad Checking, Assurance and Testing
Our quality control team of 3 members, perform quality assurance from cutting, through stitching all the way to final packing. Our Technical team are on-hand to monitor fits, workmanship, specs to ensure only the highest quality goods are produced. With strict QC checks and our own in house laboratory, in addition to our factories own QC procedures, quality control is our top priority. Transparency of procedure is one of our core principles and we welcome the opportunity to review and develop our QC procedures to suit the needs of any of our customers.
CUMPLIMIENTO AND SAFETY

Our team are embedded in our own factories and those we work with to ensure standards are well above the minimum and our own stringent levels of compliance are met. Shipping and Logística
Our in house shipping and logistics team allows to efficiently process and manage the delivery and logistical needs of our clients orders. A specialist member of our team is on hand to process payments, arrange and update shipping documentation, negotiate with freight forwarders on your behalf and deliver on any special arrangements that are required with a Azalea apparel ltd representative on hand to update you in real time.

Working Environment
We take utmost care to ensure we go beyond the requirements of law to provide clean, healthy and enjoyable working environments for members. Guardians for safety and integrity exist at each location of operation, and we regularly make unannounced site checks to ensure that not only mandatory building, fire, and electrical safety standards are met and exceeded, but that our members are also happy and healthy.
Care
We reward loyalty and hard work with the respect it deserves, providing complementary health and life insurance for our members in our sourcing centres. We want to retain our best people and give them every opportunity to flourish and grow with us, providing childcare, gym facilities, sanitary towels for our female employees, and transport to and from our offices. Work / life balance is important to us and at the end of the working day the lights go off so everyone can get home in good time.
Complimentary Food
Our in-house kitchens freshly prepare two meals a day for our members. The provision of a nutritious lunch ensures everyone is staying a little healthier while bringing colleagues together away from their desks and creating a balance to the day.
Development
Good businesses understand that investing in your people is crucial to keeping them. Without progress all companies stagnate and lack innovation and ways to improve processes. We actively train in house and send members on courses to develop further skills across a broad range of work-related topics.
ATMOSPHERE
All work and no play doesn’t sound like our idea of diversión. Each month we get together to celebrate the birthdays of Azalea-Apparel Ltd. members and we also hold regular familia days out to thank our members for their support. At our on-site gimnasio at our HQ, we run joint exercise classes like yoga, and games tournaments across the year.
EDUCATION
As well as looking after our own members, we also want to do what we can to help the wider community and help improve standards for the next generation. We have founded a free school for los niños of our fábrica colleagues to ensure they are able to come to work safe in the knowledge that their families are getting a good education. Outside of our own business we provide funding for a school ran by the Doers Caritativa foundation, educating niños from deprived areas of Dhaka. In addition to this we also have an initiative to support the families of visually impaired children by covering their educational expenses.
